Once you have signed the purchase agreement with your realtor and finalized the mortgage with your lender, there are a few things you need to take care of from the legal side:

Arrange for insurance on the property. I will provide you with the necessary information to give to your insurance agent.
Ensure you have access to the down payment funds approximately one week prior to the Possession Date. For example, you may need to transfer funds from investments.
