Under the standard Residential Purchase and Sale contract, the seller is required to provide the buyer with an Estoppel Certificate on closing or shortly thereafter. The Estoppel Certificate confirms that there are no outstanding condominium fees or special assessments. We cannot complete your closing without the Estoppel Certificate.
