HOW TO BOOK YOUR REAL ESTATE SIGNING APPOINTMENT.

  • You cannot book your Signing Meeting until our office confirms that your Signing Documents are ready.  We will notify you once they are prepared.
  • Signing Meetings are time sensitive. You must book your Signing Meeting within the date range provided in our notification that your Signing Documents are ready to sign.
  • If you need to change your Signing Meeting, you must call our office to confirm the new date still works.  We plan your closing based on the initially booked date and time, and any change could affect your closing.
  • If no suitable times are available on the booking calendar, please call or email the team member assisting you to find an appropriate time slot.
