We will provide you with a list of the specific documents required for your real estate transaction. Additionally, you will need to provide valid identification documents. We will let you know the identification required. At the minimum, you will need to provide valid Canadian government-issued photo identification.
If you are purchasing a property, you will also need to provide proof of Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status by way of a Passport, Canadian Birth Certificate, or PR Card.
