We will contact you to schedule your Remote Lawyer Signing Meeting 1 to 2 weeks prior to the Closing Date.
We will contact you by:
Direct Call: In some cases, when time is limited or we need to meet on short notice, we will reach out to you directly via phone to schedule the meeting.
Email with Options: We will send you an email outlining available time slots. You can then respond to the email, indicating your preferred time from the options provided. Our team will confirm the final meeting date and time.
Calendly App: We also utilize the Calendly app, which allows you to schedule the meeting at your convenience. We will provide you with a link to our Calendly scheduling page. This enables you to view our available time slots and select the one that best suits your schedule.
Meetings are scheduled using MST (Alberta) time.
Documents must be signed within a specific time frame before your Closing Date which will depend on the unique circumstance of your Closing. The timing of receiving the required information to prepare your closing documents may limit our ability to schedule the meeting, potentially leading to short notice and limited appointment times. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in accommodating the meeting and making yourself available. Your cooperation is crucial in ensuring a successful and timely Closing.
