While sellers are generally expected to disclose any known defects or problems, some issues may only become apparent once you begin living in the house and using its various systems and components which may not have been disclosed during an inspection. These types of issues do not necessarily indicate a breach of contract or wrongdoing on the part of the seller, nor do they require the seller to fix the issues after the closing.
If you believe there has been a significant breach of contract or misrepresentation by the seller, it may be appropriate to consult with a litigation lawyer to explore the possibility of taking legal action. This is outside of the services we provide.
